The newly built CRYSTAL WATERS has been operating in Lefkada since 2018, employing more than 100 associates during the tourist season.

Going through a successful season, offering high benefits to our customers, placing special emphasis on hospitality, we are, among other things, particularly proud of our fine dining restaurant DUENDE, which received excellent reviews and awards. By expanding the activity of our services, in the summer season 2023, many new positions are opening. More specifically, outdoor gym areas, a yoga area will be put into operation, as well as the spa services will be renewed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, control of products and quantity of items produced
  • Organize and supervise subordinate staff to provide excellent service and results
  • To be well versed in recipe writing and food classification, good knowledge of allergy management
  • Ensure adherence to food hygiene and safety standards

Necessary Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in tourism school with a culinary major
  • Previous experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel or a la carte restaurant for at least 2 years
  • Willingness to offer high quality service with attention to detail
  • Patience and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to cooperate based on the instructions of the chef in charge, team spirit
  • Professional ethics, behavior and appearance
  • Good command of the English language and pleasant personality
